Drug recovery
If you are seeking assistance in kicking addiction, we are here to help. There will be a specific facility on premises dedicated to helping drug addiction. Space is limited.
First come first serve.
Residents must stay clean and provide drug tests during their stay with Godsent Charity dwellings. We understand some drugs take longer to clear your system and accommodations can be made on a case by case basis. Again we are here to help during your road to recovery.
Rent And Escrow Account
Welcome to our unique living community! As a prospective occupant, you'll contribute just 10% your income towards building maintenance and various expenses. Once we cover our monthly costs and save for specific repairs, any excess funds will be distributed evenly into occupants escrow accounts. You’re welcome to add additional funds to your account, but please note that early withdrawals are not permitted. These funds will go towards acquiring land and a small container home that will be exclusively yours.
If you become disqualified for any reason your Escrow account will be closed and all funds will be
re-distributed.
Mental Health
We endeavor to have an on site mental health physician to aid in your mental wellbeing, weather it be from trauma or instability we aim to help provide an accepting, SAFE, and low cost avenue for you to seek help.

We are still attempting to raise funds to buy land.
